The UK's Largest Amateur Charity Golf Event
The Volvo National Golf Club Challenge competition will bring hundreds of golf clubs and thousands of golfers together on the same weekend as part of the UK's largest amateur charity golf event, in aid of Help for Heroes.

You can take part in The Volvo National Golf Club Challenge at Tredegar Park Golf Club on Sunday 5th June 2011.

Win Fantastic Golf Prizes
The four top scoring clubs (from the men's and ladies section) will go forward to the final, where they will compete for some fantastic golf prizes – and to be crowned the 2011 Volvo National Golf Club Challenge Champions.

The 2011 challenge final will be held at Turnberry, one of the world's leading golf resorts and four times host of The Open Championship.

About Help for Heroes
Help for Heroes was the idea of appeal chairman Bryn Parry and a group of friends and relations. They wanted to help wounded soldiers returning home from combat and came up with several fundraising ideas which led to Help for Heroes being born.

The Charity are completely non political and accept wars happen under any government, all they want to do with the help of the British public, is to assist our wounded armed forces. Help for Heroes is a registered charity No. 1120920.
